When I was a teen, I used to eat an entire pan of 99 cent Betty Crocker brownies and a medium Pizza Hut pizza for supper while watching Will Ferrell movies for funsies on a Friday night.. Now that I’m knee deep in to my 30’s, I don’t make eye contact with brownies for too long. But you bet I’m going to enjoy a single serving of this delicious batter after it’s baked. Am I the only one or was that a universal experience? 😂

Last year, I made a fresh blueberry cupcake with fresh off the stove and cooled, lemon curd and mascarpone icing. You guys LOVED them. I loved them too!! (You can still order them to be made fresh just for YOU or share, who is judging😉 )
This year, I am adding a new flavor! It’s a vanilla cupcake with blueberry filling..topped with a swirl of cinnamon buttercream and a piece of coffee cake!! I think they’re absolutely perfect for any occasion but especially with a cup of coffee!! ☕️
