Hello,
I have a business in North Palm Beach, The French Gourmand 1201 US Hwy 1, crystal tree plaza. I am currently having difficulties with the new landlord and management Collier International. They have for some time now attempted to force different stores out of the plaza through undermined tactics such as raising the rent on fixed leases or doubling the lease once one expires. Recently, Wednesday 11, 2017 they boarded up all the windows of the plaza without notice and the plaza looks abandoned. As you would expect all of the stores have had zero clientele. I went out to ask the workers what they were doing and was told they were unsure but they didn't want to break any windows. They also didn't have an estimated date of completion. As a owner I am unable to work in these conditions yet he still demands his full rent while clients don't realize the plaza is open. I have been taking pictures of the plaza since Wednesday.
