It all started right here with a little flour and water.

One year ago, I had no idea that this little jar of starter would lead me to Mama’s Dough Co.

What started as a little hobby has grown into something so much bigger than I ever imagined. A year of learning, growing, trial and error, and so much love poured into every loaf.

Thank you to those who have been here with me since day one, and welcome to those who are new! I’m so grateful you’re here and a part of this little dream of mine. 🤎🍞

It’s funny how God just knows.

I had already decided I was taking this week off from Farm Club, pre-orders, and the stand. Friday, another round of sickness started making its way through our house.

Just a sweet reminder of why there’s a Mama before the Dough Co. My babies will always come first, and I’m thankful this little business allows me to be right where I’m needed most.

This week looks a little different, and that’s okay. 🤎

Here’s the menu for tomorrow! 🤎

After our unexpected fridge ordeal this week, we lost quite a bit, including all of our eggs and 14 pounds of blueberries. 🫠 So tomorrow’s quantities will be a little more limited than what you’re used to seeing. Muffins are still up in the air. 🤪 If I can make them happen, they’ll be a little bonus!

It may not be the fully stocked Saturday I had planned, but I’m pretty happy we have bread and cookies. 🤎

Good afternoon! 🤎

I experienced something this morning that no baker wants to experience… or anyone, for that matter. 😅

Our not-even-ONE-year-old fridge decided to go out and the amount of loaves of bread I lost this morning was… a lot. 🫠

BUT we’re rolling with it! I’ll be remixing today and tomorrow in hopes of still having a decent amount of goodies for you on Saturday. Because of that, this week’s menu is a little up in the air. Stay tuned, I’m guessing I’ll have it figured out by Friday! 🤞🏻

And on a much cuter note… peep my little garden collector. 🥹🌶️ The best helper around! He takes his Mama’s Dough Co. ingredient-sourcing job very seriously. 😂🤎
