I’m the baker behind The Bread Box — a small cottage bakery in North Liberty, Indiana, focused on organic, naturally fermented sourdough bread made with simple ingredients and a whole lot of patience.

When I’m not baking, you’ll usually find me in the garden, taking photos, raising monarch butterflies, or chasing after whatever creative idea popped into my head that day.

My mission is simple: create wholesome food, build community, and bring a little more connection back to the table.

Twice now my pizza dough has stayed super sticky. Almost like it’s over fermenting. Instead of throwing it the trash I threw it in the SBO and now I have heartburn from this 🧀

No shelves full of bread.
No guessing games.

Most of our products are available through weekly pre-orders.

✔️ Menu drops Sunday at 2 PM
✔️ Orders close Monday night
✔️ We bake fresh throughout the week
✔️ Pickups are Friday & Saturday

Sometimes we have extras. Sometimes we sell out.

The best way to guarantee bread is to preorder. 🍞 …. Look in comments for that info. 🫶🏼
