ANN’s-Ginettes Baking cookies has always been a passion! I started baking with my grandma, when I was 12 years old.

Last year, I entered East Haven’s “Anginette Wars 2025” winning the popular vote for “Best Tasting Cookie!” Now I’m turning my hobby into a business!

Today is certainly a day to celebrate! Happy Birthday Landon and congratulations on your graduation Hailey! Thank you Phyllis and Tracey for trusting me to bake your sweet treats! Here are some photos of the custom treats I made for the festivities today! Dinosaur cookies, Graduation cap cookies, and chocolate covered pretzels! I used a dehydrator to speed up the drying process so I was able to complete the orders on time!

Spent today in the kitchen creating something sweet with a little extra meaning ❤️🤍💙

These star cookies came together as a tribute—blue for the courage, white for the hope, and red for the sacrifice of those who gave everything for our freedom. As I arranged them into a flag, it was a quiet reminder that today is more than a long weekend… it’s a day to remember and honor.

Grateful for the moments, the memories, and the freedom we get to celebrate.
