The Asprelli family would like to thank everyone who supported our bakery and our family. Our journey to provide Lera with a meaningful and productive life is certainly not over, but our path is changing. Over a year ago, we were approached by some restaurants to go wholesale with our pignoli cookies. We chose to remain a retail bakery because we had made a commitment to our employees with special needs and we knew we could not devote the time needed to the retail business and the wholesale endeavor. The downturn in the economy has dictated that now is the time to pursue the wholesale opportunity so the last day the bakery is open is June 3, 2023. Please stop by Friday and Saturday so we can thank all who have made our journey a positive one and pick up our sweets and breads. Carol is applying for a home/cottage license so she and Lera can provide our baked goods to our loyal customers on a smaller scale. We will keep you posted.
