What a night on the Green!

We had the honor of hosting The EVERAFTER on our porch tonight as part of The Little House On The Green's 2nd Fridays on Main. Rain was in the forecast, so when the band needed a covered stage, we were absolutely delighted to offer ours up!

The music, the crowd, the food, and the golden hour was everything we love about this town rolled into one evening. Huge thanks to The EVERAFTER for an incredible show, and to The Little House on the Green for putting together events that bring the community out!

Nights like this are exactly why we're working so hard to get our doors open for all of you ☀️☕️

Look up! ☀️

Our sign is officially hanging on Main Street, and we are still pinching ourselves! There's a different kind of feeling that comes with seeing our name out on the sidewalk for the whole town to see, and we are soaking up every minute of it.

Thank you to everyone who has cheered us on and helped get us here. There's still more to do before opening, but seeing our name proudly displayed in North East has us smiling ear to ear.

A little sneak-peak behind the scenes for you today ☀️

We are rolling up our sleeves and putting some color in the space! Tape down, tray filled, and ready to go. Every coat is another step closer toward the space we've been dreaming about 😊 Any guesses on what the final color will be?

We also have to take a moment, because the response from yesterday genuinely floored us:

We just crossed 1,000 followers 🥳🥳!!! It has been wonderful seeing so many familiar names and faces in the comments, and it's been just as wonderful watching new folks find us!

Oh my gosh, where have we been?!?!

Right here, working hard, and we finally have something to show you. The Morning Glory Café logo is up on the front door ☀️☕️!

To everyone who has reached out with kind words of encouragement and anticipation, thank you. It has not gone unnoticed. This has been a crazy adventure with more challenges than we ever expected, and progress hasn't been as fast as we'd like. But every week brings us closer to opening our doors and serving our friends and neighbors. We can't wait

Happy Easter 🐰🐣!

Spring cleaning is underway at Morning Glory Cafe! Some of you may have seen us freshening up the patio with a new coat of paint yesterday. It was nice talking with everyone who stopped by!

Good morning!

We have been hard at work preparing for our grand opening! Although the date is to be determined, we are hopeful that we will begin serving our friends, neighbors, and visitors in the near future. We are aiming to open up as soon as possible!

Thank you all for you patience and we will keep you updated with new information as our opening date becomes clearer!
