Happy World Bread Day!

We believe good bread starts with good ingredients and a little patience.

Our sourdough is made with organic ingredients and naturally fermented for a full 24 hours. No rushing the process, no shortcuts. Just simple ingredients, lots of time, and bread we feel good about making and sharing with you.

And that extra time does more than create a beautiful crust and delicious flavor. Long fermentation helps break down some of the compounds in flour, making sourdough easier to digest for some people. It also helps make minerals like iron, zinc, and magnesium more available for our bodies to absorb and may have a gentler effect on blood sugar than some conventional breads.

We love knowing that something so simple can be so good.

Good bread takes time, and we wouldn't have it any other way!
