Here’s what’s on the menu
⭐️ Blueberry lemon rolls! These rolls are filled with a homemade lemon curd and a homemade blueberry preserve. Added some frozen blueberry’s for some razzle dazzle! Topped with the cream cheese frosting you all know and love, with a HINT of lemon. $23 for a pan of 4
⭐️ sourdough bread 🍞 plain artisan loaves will be available. These loaves are almost 1000 grams pre bake, but I promise with some salted butter, you’ll be happy they are this big! Organic flour, salt, and water- that’s it! $10 per loaf
⭐️ lemon cakes! 🍋 a delicious vanilla cake filled with homemade lemon curd and topped with a lemon buttercream. Garnished with lemon sprinkles. I’m usually not a sprinkle girl but the crunch it adds is so necessary! Some of them are put together like Jenga or Tetris so if that’s not your thing maybe pass- I don’t bake in the tins. I bake, cut, and put them into the tins. $4 each
⭐️ SOURDOUGH SCONE FLIGHTS!!!
Each box will contain the following flavors
-pineapple upside down scone: this scone has pineapple juice, pineapple, and maraschino cherries within and it topped with a brown sugar streusel. It’s glaze is a maraschino cherry glaze
-triple chocolate scone: a chocolate scone with chocolate chips, and espresso, glazed with Nutella.
-blueberry lemon scone: this scone contains lots of lemon zest and blueberries and has a lemon glaze
-coconut, chocolate, almond: this scone is made with coconut milk, chocolate chips, and coconut flakes. It’s got a semi sweet chocolate drizzle and garnished with toasted coconut and almonds! This one ended up being my personal fav!
🤦♀️ the vision I had for packaging was ruined as the scones were too big (rookie move!) so i had to improvise. There are 3 packs that I had to cram in the packaging because i only had so many boxes left from a cookie flight.
The big boxes are $17, and the ones I had to squeeze in are $16 (just because they are really packed in there- they will taste fine!)
🚗 yall know this road is crazy. Be careful! Pull into the driveway if you feel safer!
