It’s so, so beautiful out. It makes me feel ridiculously productive and happy. I hope you guys are having a really great week, really. Remember that even though so many things suck right now, there’s a ton of magic and love and kindness, if you look for it.
Okay, the woodland creatures are scampering off my shoulders now that the song is winding down or whatever, so let’s get this week’s menu firing! Pickup 2-6 on Sunday, or you can arrange for local delivery on Monday. Just ask! Please have orders in by 6pm on Saturday. I can only procrastinate for SO long (I keep telling myself.)

Strawberry Chia Pudding: fresh local strawberries blended with honey, vanilla bean, fat free Greek yogurt, and chia seeds
A high protein, quick breakfast.
Spring Green Hummus: garbanzo beans and sweet peas, blended with lemon, garlic, tahini, and olive oil. A great dip for vegetables or crackers, or spread on a sandwich or toast.

Fig-caccia: guys, I’m hilarious. Also, don’t call it that, please. Just call it “the focaccia” or whatever. I couldn’t resist the joke. Chewy, salty bread with figs, prosciutto, ricotta cheese, thinly sliced red onion, and a drizzle of hot honey. $10
Black Currant Scones: MY OWN CURRANTS! I am pleased. With a little orange zest and a sugar crust. 4/$15
Ultimate Sandwich Cookie: two big ol fat chocolate chip cookies with edible cookie dough smooshed between 2/$12
Berries and Cream Mini Cakes: are you…a little lad? Anyway, airy vanilla sponge cake, fluffy whipped vanilla bean buttercream, fresh strawberries and raspberries is a jammy sauce. The perfect time of year. 2/$12
