a little love letter to the bread shed 🥹💌🍞

what started as the tiniest little shed somehow became such a big piece of my life.

i outgrew it, we built a bigger one, i filled it with more bread than i ever thought i’d sell, watched my babies grow alongside it, read your sweet little notes, celebrated sold out days + got to know so many of you along the way. 🥹💗

it was never just a bread shed.

it was where this little dream started feeling real. where strangers became regulars, regulars became friends + a little micro bakery became a community. 🌷

saying goodbye wasn’t exactly part of the plan, and i’d be lying if i said my heart didn’t hurt a little watching it leave. but if there’s one thing this little business has taught me, it’s that sometimes outgrowing something means you get to build something even better. 🥲

tomorrow we start building the next chapter of sourdough mama. 🛠️🍞🎀

thank you for showing up for every version of this dream. i hope you know how much it has meant to me.
