Hi everyone!

I haven't done many sales for my baking this year due to being busy with other things, but I've decided to sell Christmas cookies again. I'm only doing iced sugar cookies though (the trays with multiple cookies were just too much last year)!

They're $25/dozen with an assortment of 6 different shapes per dozen. Iced with a buttercream icing and sprinkled with corresponding colored sanding sugars - all homemade.

I'm taking orders from now until December 16th, and cookies need to be picked up on Friday, December 22nd, either in North Canton or Louisville.

Hello! It's been a while! Long post alert...

I took another hiatus while my main job, my family, and my garden have been my primary focus lately. I haven't stopped baking, I just haven't been posting or selling anything recently.

I tried my hand at some cookies with royal icing today. While I'm a self-taught baker, and absolutely love baking and trying new things, these were not my favorite lol. Very tedious and time consuming.

Props to the bakers who actually enjoy doing them!!

To go along with my garden, I've also done quite a bit of berry picking. Made a homemade lemon curd, and used that to fill puff pastry cups, then topped with homemade whipped cream and some fresh berries I've picked (some even from my backyard)! And I don't have pictures, but I recently made homemade cream horns for my dad's birthday, too 🫣🤤

Just wanted to update the page and share what's been going on in my life recently :) Eventually I'd like to branch out and sell more than mochi donuts...that may be in the next announcement 🥳

Last day to place an order with my bakery Nincen's Bakery, for my St. Patrick's Day mini mochi donuts! Details below:

Pickup will be March 17th (a Friday), from 10am to 6pm in North Canton. No exceptions.

Flavors are:
Vanilla rainbow swirl iced
Bourbon iced with gold sanding sugar
Chocolate mint dip with sprinkles
Green apple dip with sprinkles

Your box will contain a mix of each flavor. Prices and box sizes available are as follows:
Box of 9 - $15
Box of 12 - $19
Box of 18 - $28
Box of 24 - $36

Also, these are not a typical donut! They're a mini mochi donut, which have a chewy inside and crispy outside. While very different from the donuts we mainly know, they're still so, so delicious 🙌🏻 they are also gluten free!

Donut making this morning for Valentine's Day! These pictures only show about half of what we actually made.

I am SO grateful for all of you who purchased a box and supported my small business. Literally making my dreams happen thanks to all of you ❣️💓🙌🏻 also thankful for my husband who got up at 3am to help me make and decorate them!

Next time to order will be St. Patrick's Day! Protypes and flavors will be coming soon.

Hi again everyone! I took a bit of a baking hiatus since right before Christmas, but I'm back just in time for Valentine's Day! I have some GF donuts available for order now. I only have a few spots left for orders as I've almost sold out a lot sooner than expected.

My Valentine's Day mini mochi donut prototypes are done! I'm only taking orders for 9 donuts or more because they're pretty small. They come in boxes of 9, 12, 18, or 24. Boxes will be an assortment of all 4 flavors I have available.

Flavor 1: chocolate iced with fresh strawberry on top
Flavor 2: raspberry iced with heart sprinkles
Flavor 3: pink vanilla iced
Flavor 3: cream filled, white vanilla iced with colored sanding sugar

These are not like your typical donut! They are made with a sweet rice flour and have a very chewy inside and crisp outside. 🍩

Prices have changed and are as follows...
Box of 9: $15
Box of 12: $19
Box of 18: $28
Box of 24: $36

Pickup will be Febraury 14th (Valentine's Day), any time starting at 7am until 7pm. No exceptions as I still work a full time job lol. In North Canton

I'll be selling Christmas cookie trays this year! I have small and large trays available, with a variety of cookies on each tray, plus homemade buckeyes.

The trays are not gluten free, but the buckeyes are and can be made and packaged separately if need be.
