Showed this loaf to a German colleague and their response was: “Oh, this is the good bread. Like we have it. I guess in US it is still a big deal.”

This is a good bread. None of the long shelf life bread can claim to be real bread. Real bread does not stay “fresh” for a month on the counter.

Eat GOOD and GOOD for you bread.
