Upon request I hooked my mom up with this 3 layer strawberry crunch cake. In between each layer had a homemade strawberry jelly. Whipped up a nice Swiss meringue buttercream. Topped it with some strawberries and golden oreos. Put the crunch on and drizzled some strawberry syrup on it.
And it was delicious.

Been awhile since I've posted. Made some mini cakes for a craft show I had. All tasted amazing. My kids approved of them...
