Sunflower Bakery mourns the loss of Beryl Feinberg, a beloved Board member, longtime supporter, and devoted friend of our organization.

For many years, Beryl shared her time, wisdom, generosity, and unwavering commitment with Sunflower Bakery. As an active and engaged member of our Board, she helped champion our mission and believed deeply in the importance of creating meaningful opportunities for people with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Beryl’s support went far beyond her service on the Board. She was a steadfast advocate for Sunflower Bakery and for the individuals and families whose lives are touched by our work. She served Sunflower desserts at every opportunity, proudly sharing our mission with her family, friends, and community. She volunteered whenever she could and was a constant, active presence at Sunflower events and activities. Her belief in the talents, potential, and dignity of every person reflected the very heart of our mission.

We are deeply grateful for the many ways Beryl strengthened our organization and helped Sunflower Bakery grow. She was not simply a Board member, she was a true friend of Sunflower and someone who showed, through her actions, how deeply she cared about our mission and the people we serve.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to her husband, Ed, her son, Jeremy, and the entire Feinberg family and to Beryl’s many friends and loved ones. We will remember Beryl with profound gratitude and affection, and we will miss her deeply.
