We’re so grateful to our friends at M&T Bank for spending time with Sunflower Bakery students and conducting mock interviews!

These experiences are about so much more than practicing interview questions. They give our students the opportunity to build confidence, strengthen communication skills, learn how to present themselves professionally, and experience what it feels like to sit on the other side of a real interview table.

Partnerships like this make a meaningful difference. When community members invest their time, experience, and encouragement in our students, they help prepare them not just for their next interview—but for greater success in the workplace and beyond.

Thank you to the M&T Bank volunteers for showing up, sharing your expertise, and believing in our students. We’re grateful for your continued partnership and the impact you’re making!
