We hope everyone is enjoying their long weekend!

With school back in session and fall now here, we’re giving our crew an extra day off this week to enjoy a little well-earned downtime.

We’ll be 𝐂𝐋𝐎𝐒𝐄𝐃 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟎𝐭𝐡, and back open as usual on 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟏𝐭𝐡.

🍳🥯 Hot breakfast sandwiches are coming to the Bennington Community Market!

Our first pop-up will be this coming Friday, September 4th, we’ll be serving up hot breakfast sandwiches at the Market, 8am to 11am. All sandwiches are made with our Vermont-style sourdough bagels and cooked fresh on-site.

We’ll be starting with the classics: Egg & Cheese, Bacon, Egg & Cheese, and Sausage, Egg & Cheese, on your choice of bagel.

This is a brand-new partnership for us and another way to get your BBC bagel fix outside of our North Bennington shop. We’re excited to get started!

All of our jalapeños this week were grown by Lauren at the lovely Bennington Community Garden 💚

Also *some* of the cucumbers, tomatoes, parsley for garlic herb cream cheese, and scallions but not enough to brag about yet 😉
