Without him, there would be no us. Thank you for building our family business from the ground up while also being the best father, husband, and grandfather anyone could ask for.

You are our hero, our rock, and the inspiration behind everything we do at Wally’s. Your hard work, dedication, and love are the reason we proudly open our doors every day.

We are deeply saddened to share that Ed, known to many of you as “Willy,” has passed away. It’s been two months and not a day goes by that we don’t think of him.

Ed was more than a part of our family—he was part of the heart of this bagel shop. For many years, he worked alongside his brother Wally, and many of you came to know him well. Whether it was a quick hello, a familiar conversation, or simply seeing him behind the counter, he made a lasting impression on those around him.

He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather as well as a loving brother, uncle, and friend. His presence here will be deeply missed. We are truly grateful for the relationships he built with so many of you over the years.

Thank you for keeping him and our family in your thoughts during this time.
