Here’s the line up for tonight’s Viral Pro Wrestling!!

Chocolate Peanut Butter- chocolate cake filled with chocolate peanut butter ganache, topped with peanut butter buttercream and Reese’s Pieces

S’mores- chocolate cake, graham cracker crust, marshmallow frosting, topped with a Hershey’s square

Strawberry Cheesecake- strawberry cake, with strawberry white chocolate chip cheesecake baked on top, topped with cream cheese frosting

Pineapple “upside” down- pineapple cake, filled with caramelized pineapple, topped with caramel buttercream and a cherry

Check out these beauties!! These are the cupcakes for tonight’s Viral Pro Wrestling show.

There will be Giant cookies as well. Peanut Butter chocolate chip and Strawberry Pop Tart.

Red velvet cheesecake- red velvet cake, chocolate chip cheesecake baked inside, cream cheese frosting

Christmas Tree- Vanilla cake, Marshmallow cream filling, vanilla buttercream and decorated just like the cute snack cakes 🎄.

Biscoff- vanilla cake, cookie butter buttercream, crushed biscoff cookies. It wouldn’t be Christmas without cookies and milk 🥛.

Candy cane- chocolate cake, filled with chocolate ganache, candy cane buttercream, drizzled with chocolate ganache

Here’s my gingerbread structure for the Augusta Museum of History. I created the Augusta City Hospital from 1818. It’s no longer in existence so all I had was the tiny picture I shared. The museum wanted us to create buildings from the 17th and 18th century because of the 250th anniversary.

It’s hard to see the tiny details so if you’re local I highly recommend going in person. Plus it’s totally free. I covered the building in ginger clay so I used very little royal icing and fondant. Ginger clay is made up of ground up gingerbread. Even the walkway is ginger clay. It took me 6 days straight to build and decorate but I put work in leading up to make the plans and make and bake dough.

So here’s a sneak peek of tonight’s Viral Pro Wrestling cupcakes…..

You also get to peek at the insides of the apple crumble and the red velvet. Caramel popcorn got fully dressed before I remembered to take a photo but trust me the delicious caramel is hiding inside.

The chocolate peanut butter aren’t fully dressed up and ready to go quite yet. Just missing a little chocolate drizzle.
