Everyone loves a good sourdough sandwich bread, but nothing compares to a classic sourdough table loaf. These are made with a combination of organic all-purpose flour and fresh-milled whole wheat flour. With a chewy texture and delicious tang, this is the perfect bread to have with dinner, dip in soup, or use for a sandwich.

We’ve also made some changes to the sandwich loaf offering. They are now being made with a simpler recipe of organic flour, butter, salt, and a touch of honey. (If you prefer the original recipe that uses buttermilk, avocado oil, and sugar, we’re still happy to make that one.)

Inside info: One other offering will be made available next week… Honey Whole Wheat table loaves. These are DELICIOUS and are also made with fresh-milled organic whole wheat flour, coconut oil, and honey. We’re waiting on a bulk order of wheat berries to be able to make them available, but we’ve had so much fun trialing recipes and taste testing.

You can still order your fresh sourdough sandwich bread or mini loaves today. We accept Venmo, PayPal, and CashApp! Orders can typically be filled within two days, or you can preorder up to a week in advance. We also offer delivery within the North Augusta/Augusta area. In the words of one happy customer who was delighted to receive his order so quickly, “Amazon ain’t got nothin’ on you!” 💜

Have you missed me?

This page has been pretty quiet for several weeks. I baked so much bread in April that I apparently wore out the oven. It took some time to get a new one and there were a few issues with the delivery, but all is well now! Just after the oven was replaced, I had the opportunity to learn about troubleshooting sourdough starter problems 😬. Again, all is well now! Then I had a medical procedure done on my right hand that made it difficult for me to knead bread, but once again, all is well now!

I share all of that to say that I’m back and ready to fill your orders for fresh-baked sourdough sandwich bread! I’m also beginning to work on some new recipes that I look forward to sharing with you soon.

I appreciate all of the people who have supported me in this business venture, and I look forward to getting back into the full swing of things.

Update: Sold! I am still taking orders for next week. 💜

I baked a little extra sourdough with my mid-week orders, so I have two full sandwich loaves available for pickup or local delivery today!

Update: Monday is fully booked. I still have availability for Thursday/Friday (large or mini loaves) and Saturday (mini loaves only).

I will have one extra batch of dough for Monday’s baking. This could be made as a full sandwich loaf or up to 4 mini loaves. To claim it, please comment here or send me a message. 💜
