Important Business Update!
Hello all! I hope everyone has had a great start to the new year. Ours has been amazing as we welcomed our 3rd baby boy to our family January 2nd. We have been on cloud 9.
Many of you know I started this business as a hobby while I was a stay at home mom a few years ago. I have loved every minute of making cookies for you all. I take an immense amount of pride in this business and how far it’s come since my hobby days. That’s largely in part to your support! I cannot thank you enough for ordering, sharing my posts and referring me to friends and family.
During this break, I have spent alot of time in prayer regarding the future of Baked by Bryant. Before our baby boy was born, I had every intention of opening back up after maternity leave ended. My plans quickly changed after his arrival when I realized, all 3 of my boys deserve the most present version of their mommy. The more I thought about opening back up the more my heart ached at the thought of missing out on being 100% present for my children. My goal as a BAKER is to one day have a shop nestled in downtown North Augusta; where I can be involved in all the fun community events, hosting cookie decorating classes and have a bakery case filled with homemade treats. My goal as a MOTHER, is to simply enjoy this time while my children are still young. Ive realized that making cookies will ALWAYS be possible, but my children won’t always be this little.
With this being said, it’s with a heavy but grateful heart that I announce I am taking a step back from cookies. I don’t know when the Lord will call me back to this, all I know is that I have great confidence that He will. Over and over again He has shown himself to be a timely God so I know in HIS time, I’ll be back.
I want to say a giant thank you to my husband who works so hard for our family. It’s because of his hard-work that I’m able to take a step back.
Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. 🩷
With the sweetest of love,
