Roasted Hot Pepper Tomato Pie 🌶️🍅🔥

If you like your tomato pie with some serious heat, our Roasted Hot Pepper Tomato Pie is one you’ll want to try!

What makes this specialty pie different is that we bake roasted long hot peppers directly into our homemade dough, bringing that bold, spicy pepper flavor into every bite. We finish it with our tomato sauce and sharp provolone, creating a delicious combination of heat, rich tomato flavor, and sharp cheese.

The spice from the long hots cuts through the richness of the provolone and tomato sauce, giving every piece that extra kick that keeps you reaching for another slice.

Available Saturdays only in quarter sheet and full sheet sizes at all three Corropolese locations. Preordering is highly recommended since this specialty pie is only available once a week! ❤️

Breaking Bread with Butch: Episode Six 🍞❤️

There was a time when the local Italian feasts were some of the biggest events of the year. Entire neighborhoods would come out, families would spend the weekend together, and Main Street would be filled with familiar faces.

In Episode Six of Breaking Bread with Butch, we continue reminiscing about those celebrations, the people who made them possible, and how much the neighborhoods around us have changed over the years.

While some of these events aren’t quite what they used to be, it’s encouraging to see families who grew up attending them continue showing up with the next generation.

These are the kinds of conversations that remind us just how closely Corropolese’s history is connected to the communities we’ve called home for over 100 years. 🇮🇹❤️

Breaking Bread with Butch: Episode Five 🍞❤️

For generations, local Italian feasts have been about more than celebrating. They’ve brought families, neighbors, and entire communities together, and Corropolese has been fortunate enough to be part of so many of them over the years.

In Episode Five of Breaking Bread with Butch, we look back on the days when these celebrations filled the streets, the crowds were bigger, and everyone seemed to have a hand in making them happen.

Times have changed, and some of those feasts look a little different today, but the history behind them and the people who keep them going are still worth celebrating.

We’re proud to continue supporting these community celebrations, just as generations of our family have done before us. 🇮🇹❤️

The Reuben 🥪🔥

There’s something about a Reuben coming fresh off the grill that makes it hard to resist, especially when the bread is toasted golden brown and the Swiss cheese is melted just right.

Our Reuben starts with freshly sliced corned beef, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and Russian dressing, all layered between slices of our homemade rye bread. We grill it until the outside is beautifully crisp, giving you that perfect combination of toasted bread, savory corned beef, melted cheese, and the tangy bite of sauerkraut.

We take pride in slicing our deli meats fresh in house every day, just like we take pride in baking our own bread. When every ingredient gets that kind of attention, a classic sandwich like the Reuben becomes something worth coming back for.

Come hungry and get your hands on one, available at our Limerick and Norristown locations. ❤️
