No birthday. No big news. No thank-you owed.

Just because is a perfectly good reason to send somebody a cookie. We'd argue it's the best one, since nobody sees it coming.

Happy Friday. 🍪

All dressed up for fall at Willows Park Preserve. 🍂

We were part of their fundraiser last weekend and loved hearing how much everyone enjoyed it.

I've had a few times in my life when my body just shut down and I couldn't eat. Not "I'm not hungry." I mean I literally couldn't.

I was a single mom, my family lived out of state, and my support system was pretty small. But I had an amazing friend who would show up. She'd bring me something to eat and sit with me, and somehow, when we were together, I could eat.

She didn't have to fix anything. She just showed up. I've never forgotten it.

I started baking for people going through a tough time, and eventually it turned into Little Miss Moffitt and Hugs Disguised as Cookies™. Sometimes a cookie is more than a cookie. It can say "I'm thinking about you."

Who do you know who could use a hug today? Maybe you can be the person who shows up. And if they're too far away for a real one, send them a Hug Disguised as a Cookie™. 💛

A friend of mine has been going through a rough time, so I put together a little gift for them.

This was the note that came back. 💛

Boss's Day is Friday, October 16.

If you've got a good one, send them a box of Brownie Points. Rich, fudgy, and topped with chocolate chips.

We already had an order come in this week for a great boss. Perfect timing.

Comment BOSS and we'll send you the link. 🍫

Jim was gifted a box of our cookies, and wrote this in his Google review:

"My family loved them, I actually had to hide a few for myself before they completely devoured them." 😂

Smart man.

Thanks for the review, Jim! 🍪

Both of our fall flavors are here. 🍂

Apple Pumpkin Spice Cookies: rolled oats, brown sugar, dried apples and pumpkin, with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Pumpkin Pie Pecan Bars: a shortbread crust, spiced pumpkin filling, and a crumbly pecan topping. We're heavy-handed with the cinnamon, and we're not sorry.

They're seasonal, so grab a box while they're here, or send one to the person who's been talking about fall since August.

Ina Garten said it best: you can't be miserable while you're eating a cookie.

We're not going to argue with that.

What's your go-to when you need five minutes to yourself?

Pumpkin pie met a pecan bar and we are not sorry about it.

A buttery shortbread crust, a spiced pumpkin filling, and a crumbly pecan topping we are not shy with the cinnamon on. Grandma's pumpkin pie, in bar form.

Comment PUMPKIN and I'll send you the link.

Corporate gifting season is here, and the smart move is getting your list together now, while there's still room to make it great.

We help businesses send client and employee gifts that actually get remembered: cookies and bars, gift-ready, shipped nationwide, with your custom label if you want one.

December is a lovely time to send. It's also a busy one, so the earlier we start, the smoother it goes.

Tell us what you need at the link in our bio.
