I know I have been kinda quiet lately but it is coming up on baking season and fall flavors!!
That means Pecan pie cookies, flavored breads and sweet and scrumptious candies, and the ever so popular snack cakes of all kinds!!! All without gluten!!! Plus now I have a dual oven to do twice the baking!!

Alright Maddies!!! I plan on baking June 5th!!. I will be in Harrisburg Sat June 6th at 12 for a baby shower (I am going early to help if needed). I can meet before then in Harrisburg if you would like to order something for Harrisburg pickup. Otherwise pickup will be in Norris City. Can possibly meet in Carmi and/or Mcleansboro

This is what I plan on baking
Vanilla Caramel cupcakes (NEW) a decadent vanilla cupcake with vanilla buttercream drizzled in caramel with stroopwaffel on top.

Strawberry White Chocolate cookies- a creamy vanilla shortbread with strawberry and white chocolate pieces in every bite. Definetly a customer favorite.

Smores bars- a graham cookie bar base with loads of semi sweet and dark chocolate chips mixed among abundant amounts of marshmallows. Ooey, gooey and oh so delicious.

I know I have been pretty quiet lately. My mom was on hospice, but has passed on into heaven. Thank you to everyone who has stuck around during the quiet time.

Im going to try this again.... This will be for the 26th pickup in Norris City or I can meet in Harrisburg before (8a) or after work(3p) on the 27th.

-Smores bars (chewy graham cookie bar with lots of gooey marshmallows, and chocolate chips) 3 pack bars ($13) or a full 8×8 pan($25)
-Chocolate caramel latte cupcakes (chocolate cupcake with coffee icing and caramel drizzle)
6 pack ($18)
-Paint your own egg sugar cookie kit
(Brand new, so no picture yet) 6 pack of cookies with "paint palettes" and paint brushes ($16).

Here at Mad Batter Baked Goods I am busy baking up goodies without gluten for tomorrow! Right now the house is smelling like cinnamon rolls! My favorite! Are you missing the "normal things" in life that contain gluten???? Here at Mad Batter I strive to make all my baked goods taste like "normal" goods!! Everything I make here is without gluten!!
