Im going to try this again.... This will be for the 26th pickup in Norris City or I can meet in Harrisburg before (8a) or after work(3p) on the 27th.

-Smores bars (chewy graham cookie bar with lots of gooey marshmallows, and chocolate chips) 3 pack bars ($13) or a full 8×8 pan($25)
-Chocolate caramel latte cupcakes (chocolate cupcake with coffee icing and caramel drizzle)
6 pack ($18)
-Paint your own egg sugar cookie kit
(Brand new, so no picture yet) 6 pack of cookies with "paint palettes" and paint brushes ($16).

Here at Mad Batter Baked Goods I am busy baking up goodies without gluten for tomorrow! Right now the house is smelling like cinnamon rolls! My favorite! Are you missing the "normal things" in life that contain gluten???? Here at Mad Batter I strive to make all my baked goods taste like "normal" goods!! Everything I make here is without gluten!!

I'm so excited to be going to the Spring Fling at St Kateri church in Ridgway this Saturday!! This is a snack pack I put together for a dessert auction last weekend! Vanilla snack cake and strawberry white chocolate cookies! 2 of my faves and on the top ten of customer favorites!!

Just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. Im Beth the one behind Mad Batter Baked Goods. I have been gluten free for over 9 years. I have been baking for others for about 5 years and it started out by trying to make a cinnamon roll that tasted good that was gluten free!!! My best friend (who has been gluten free for over 40 years..... yes 40) convinced me to start this adventure! I bake for special occasions, set up at vendor shows and occasionally have a pop up menu of baked goods!! Baking is truly my love language and I enjoy it tremendously!! One of these days I hope to have a commercial kitchen and/or a brick and mortar store and become a full time baker. But that is in the distant future. For now i have a cottage food bakery from my home. But for now you can order items from me thru messenger, text and my personal fb page. I do have it to where you have to be a follower for so long to comment due to scam/spam because it gets quite ridiculous. But anyhow, welcome to my page!!!
