We have football tonight but I got so much done today! Super excited for this weekend. I will assemble big Debs and cookie sammies in the morning and make more cinnamon rolls first thing and then I'll add stuff all day after that. I plan to do some garlic rolls this weekend. Like a cinnamon roll but with garlic butter. And I made some butter toffee pretzels. I have a new cookie flavor this week, a new cookie sandwich and I'll make lemon cheesecake rolls so lots of new items 🥰

I have been baking like crazy this morning getting ready for tomorrow. I will for sure have big Debs, apple coffee cake, banana pudding, maple pecan banana bread, pumpkin mini loaves, vanilla bean pound cake, strawberry shortcake cups, s'mores cookie sandwiches, pecan pie brownies, cereal treats, coffees, cookies and at least a couple of cinnamon roll flavors when I open in the morning. And as always I will bake and add more all day tomorrow and Saturday as well. You guys will have a lot of options this weekend 😊

For everyone that is disappointed every weekend when I sell out of Big Debs and never get your hands on one, I spent my entire day making the most big Deb dough I've ever made for a weekend! I didn't think to count them when I was weighing them all out but I think I have enough cookie dough balls to make almost 100 Big Debs this weekend! Now I'm behind on everything else LOL but I hope everyone who wants one gets their hands on one this weekend! Between that and making cinnamon rolls and coffee creamer for tomorrow I didn't even get my regular cookie dough made. So I'll be back at it again in the morning before and after work. But totally worth it if I can keep them stocked for you guys longer than 5 minutes for once 😂😂😂

*edit* lime cheesecake rolls instead of lemon. I forgot I ordered a ton of limes and not lemons this week, lol.
I think my cinnamon roll flavors for tomorrow will be lemon cheesecake, regular, peanut butter & honey and white chocolate macadamia. Coffee flavors will be vanilla bean and peanut butter cup

I am going to make a ton of Big Deb dough for this weekend! I will also have a new s'mores cookie sandwich. Last week I tried to get a little ahead on my cookies so I made extra dough balls of the caramel apple and peanut butter Oreo so I will bake the rest of those this weekend. I will also have a new brown sugar vanilla bean hazelnut cookie. Coffee flavors this week will be peanut butter cup and vanilla bean
