We are going to be leaving Maryland amd heading back to Virginia soon...but my favorite little girl has her birthday party tomorrow. So I couldn't help myself. 🙃 probably my last cake in Maryland! Not all the way done with it. Needs something else. Just not sure what.

I'm so very happy to have had the pleasure to make the cake and cupcakes for our friends retirement ceremony today. He is one of the best people we have met while my wife has been in the military. And his family is just amazing. This is one of the most well deserved retirements. Congratulations Chief Tucker.

So I'm on a fb page of at home bakers. And apparently tray cakes are becoming super popular again. I never even knew these were a thing. Any thoughts on this? You just bake a cake in a foil pan and pipe icing on top.
