Kellas Baked Goods

My goal is to try and use fruits/vegetables which are in season and spices and flavors that blend but are regularly forgotten.

I enjoy trying new and different things and introducing different flavor combinations to the baked items. I love the flavor of cardamom, saffron and green tea and I try to blend them into my baking. As much as I love cooking, it seems baking has taken a life of its own. Like everyone else, I love cupcake, but I am not a cake maker, so I leave the cupcakes to the cake professionals, while I try making pastries instead.
