For months, a sign in East Ocean View has said Lolly's Creamery is "coming soon."

The property owner gave News 3 the update that several businesses — including Lolly's — should be open before the end of the year. News 3 anchor Anthony Sabella also got a tour of the new Chelsea Bakehouse space expected to open next month.
