Pecan buttered rum, Banana split minis with banana buttercream and a special gluten free orange cranberry mini loaf with vanilla buttercream and toasted almonds. What a busy week in my little home bakery! I was honored to make 9 dozen mini Bundts for two separate bridal showers and also a baby shower. Fresh lemon, fresh lime, Oreo, Reese's peanut butter cup, red velvet and toasted coconut. Plus, some really cute toppers that were a hit.
