I have a Pastry Arts certificate from Culinary School of the Rockies (now known as Escoffier) in Boulder, CO. I worked at Embassy Suites Loveland as a Prep Cook and worked to become the Executive Sous Chef. I have worked in the Food & Beverage business since 2002.
