Market schedule update:
Due to an immediate family member passing (Jays side), I've been scheduling markets around my availabilities this week. Most of you know we have 4 markets back to back! (Riley & Jay are Awesome!!) and so for this week without another set of hands, I had to adjust the schedule to every other market.

I'm unable to be in Belfast Farmers' Market tomorrow, August28th

Riley and I will be in Camden Farmers' Market for Saturday

Your patience in this week's changes are VERY APPRECIATED
Normal market days will return NEXT week (wed/thur/fri/sat)

School has begun...our smallest maple tree is blazing orange and yellow....
time to launch our fall menu!

Summer is settling down here on the coast of Maine. Cooler mornings, apple trees beginning to bear fruit. The change of season signals our fall menu. Starting the first week of September fall faves return to market...

What's happening!
Jay & Riley will see you in Camden Farmers' Market this morning! We were hoping to have eclairs and creme puffs, however with the humid air we will try for those again next week.
Bakery at the Barn is closed today and will reopen this upcoming Friday.

Lastly......Baby Levi is born!!!
He's full of smiles. Healthy and Happy. Both mom and dad are adjusting well.

The Art of Choux:
One of our more complex pastry doughs when complete is made into cream puffs (pate a choux), Paris Brest and Eclairs. This dough has personality.
