Introducing our newest item: Classic Homemade Brownie!!! Im not usually a sweet snack person but this no-nut brownie absolutely makes me go nuts about it. I can’t stop eating it.

I have been up from 230am this morning baking non stop with delicious baked goods. We will be at Malta Spring Craft Fair bright and early tomorrow! In addition to that, we have delivered our weekly restock at Lansing’s Farm today!

Artisan bread, baguette, focaccia, English Muffin, Japanese milk bread, Japanese salt bread, “Pineapple” Bolo bun, cinnamon rolls, bagels, scones, muffins! Here are a few pictures! Which one do you want to try?

Are you a berry lover and can’t get enough of it? This is for you! Our newest item, triple berry scone. Original scone recipe with strawberry, blueberry and cranberry. Top with classic vanilla icing with real vanilla bean paste. This is a special treat for your summer!!

TOMORROW IS THE BIG DAY!! So excited!!

I have been up since 3am baking and prepping everything and getting ready for Niska-Day tomorrow! I will be inside the business tent from 11am to 4pm at Craig Elementary School. Don’t forget, I will also be giving away free balloons!
