Saturday: Pecorino Romano and Olive Soft Sourdough!
I was able to find a really nice wheel of Italian Pecorino Romano and I decided to make a special, limited run soft sourdough using the Tangzhong method for a soft, whole milk-based savory bread paired with the sharp, salty punch of authentic Pecorino Romano and rich, briny green olives.
If you’re a fan of savory bread, this is the one!
I am going to do the Percorino Romano Olive one more time for the people that missed it, but this time I will dial it back a little, maybe went too overboard on the savory last time.
