Did you miss these? Pop on over to Apothica Teas today and check out their offerings for the Hunter Ice Festival! You'll find packages of the same chocolate chip cookies you loved so much, as well as the oatmeal cranberry coconut cookies that were always such a favorite, in their Hunter Ice Festival fast lane.
There might be a cookie or two missing, for quality control purposes of course... These babies are just as good as you remember.

How is everyone this snowy afternoon? Long time no see!
As you may know, we're baking over at Apothica Teas now, and loving it.

I had SO MUCH FUN making these! Those little meringue mushrooms are so stinking cute and so fun to make!! These are chocolate sponge cake, vanilla swiss meringue buttercream, and rich chocolate ganache, decorated with sugared cranberries, a honey graham "moss" and meringue mushrooms. Order some so I can spend more time squeeing in the kitchen at the adorable little mushrooms! 😁

Cutoff date for pre-orders is Sunday, December 18th at 5pm. Pickup is on Friday the 23rd or Saturday the 24th!

If you want to give it a taste first, I made two for the counter dessert this weekend. Stop on by and grab a slice!

Hey everyone! It has been a while since we last said hello.
I have some good news! Deanna and Kristen are working at Apothica Teas now, so you may see some of your favorites begin to pop up on their already fantastic menu!
If you're desperately missing our lemon sugar cookies or unicorn p**p, you can find them today at Apothica Teas booth at the Michiana Renaissance Festival! Go grab a few and get some delicious tea and whimsy to enjoy with them.

Sorry, I forgot to post these sooner. This is the wedding cake Deanna made for my brother’s wedding. The bride wanted it to taste like apple pie with vanilla ice cream. It did! And was delicious! Everyone loved it!

Whew! It has been a bumpy summer for us with weather, being short handed, and technical difficulties in the kitchen. We won't be at the New Buffalo farmer's market this week, but we will see you next week!

Ooh yeah! We will have fresh blueberry pie at market tonight in New Buffalo, from 4-9 pm! So yummy! These babies have 1/3 of the berries cooked down, and the other 2/3 fresh, juicy, and uncooked. Hands down my favorite pie ever!
We'll also have tons of bread (including green olive and herb, or roasted garlic), delicious flaky scones, gooey cinnamon rolls, cookies, cherry pie, and four berry pie.
Think going gluten free means you can't have soft, delicious chocolate chip cookies? See that cookie in the picture? Made with absolutely no gluten, and they're amazing!

Happy weekend everyone! Hope you're all having a great one and staying safe in this heat!
Just a reminder that we're taking orders for pick-up on July 3rd in Niles and July 4th at the New Buffalo Farmers market!
Flag pies are 1/4 blueberries and 3/4 of our delicious blend of Michigan cherries, decorated with the Stars and stripes. They are $16.

We also have four berry, Michigan cherry, peach, apple, or apple crumble pies available for $15 each, or our show stopping, refreshing strawberry peach lemonade pie for $16.

Want cookies? We have those too! Huge delicious chocolate chip or peanut butter cookies for $1.25/each or $12/dozen.

Just drop us a message or a comment by Tuesday at 6pm and we will have one for you to enjoy during your 4th of July fun!
