Hello!!! I’ve been MIA on the ol’ social media. But baking a’plenty!

October’s Flavor of the Month is here! Cranberry pumpkin. Creamy pureed pumpkin, plump chewy craisins and nutty pumpkin seeds. All baked into one delicious autumnal sourdough. Order now (dm or text) for this Friday porch pick up in Granger or Niles.

While we have one more week to try the summery, garden harvest sun-dried tomato basil sourdough, I’m planning and prepping for all the fall flavors. First up, apple cinnamon. I stripped down my previous recipe and love the simplicity of fresh honey crisp tossed with a sprinkle of cinnamon. You’ll love it, too. Local apples take center stage for the whole month of September! 🍎

Ever wonder what a warm bowl of tomato soup and a perfect grilled cheese sandwich tastes like all wrapped up in a loaf of sourdough bread? Well, I can tell ya!

August’s Flavor of the Month is sundried tomato basil. Loaded with tomatoes, homegrown fresh basil and creamy pecorino romano cheese, this is the most delightful surprise sourdough recipe I’ve ever made.

We’ll anticipate fall as we celebrate summer’s produce all August long. Baking Fridays, order by Wednesday please.
