Adding buttercream roses to my skills! Haven’t made these in about a year when I was first taught at JWU by one of my all-time fav chefs. I was given some creative freedom with this cake and decided to give them another shot. Really proud of this one! Thanks Chef Z😉

Also- starting to find my love for sprinkles. They really do just make everything better ✨
