Happy Sunday Everyone! Hope you’re all enjoying a rest.

I wanted to post publicly that I’m not taking orders currently. My mental health is kinda not doing so great so I’m going to be taking a little break to see if that helps.

Working full time at a job that kicks my behind only to come home and work more isn’t something I can sustain right now.

Not leaving forever just need a break.

Unfortunately the answer is what I feared about delivering bouquets and treats. Unless the student, or roommate, can meet me I can’t leave goodies at the dorms anymore. This changes so much for my little business.

Hi cupcake friends! I am booked for bouquets through November.

I am working to get something put together for another special; it’s going to be different than we’ve done before. I still haven’t gotten confirmation on delivery over to campus…if I’m allowed to leave items or not.

Does anyone have connections over there? Have an idea on who I’d talk to?

Deliveries went fairly well. Everything was delivered despite the new rules. No food it’s to be left for the students. They are to be available to meet and grab their stuff. All but one dorm said that applies to grub hub and other food delivers. I was told that cupcakes didn’t fall into that category.

Except that one dorm! Jewell Hall. That woman said no and she meant it! She takes her job very seriously Thankfully all 4 of the kids at that dorm were able to meet me for a hand off. So if your child is in Jewell Hall just know I can’t leave anything for them.

My concern is that if someone else is at the desk and they’re in a mood they’ll say no next time.

I got a ticket, I think. I saw a guy in a vest write my plate down as I was walking back to my car. The only parking was for unloading/moving in …soooo I parked where I could and hoped for the best.

I got to meet a bunch of your kids and they were all fabulous!!

Thank you for letting me do this for you and your kids! I hope each one enjoys their goodies and you get a call or text from them!

Please remember I don’t respond to messages while I’m delivering.

Each student will get a text message with a photo of their delivery and where it is. Last time I did this the dorms had tables or a desk where deliveries were to be left.

Also, love UKs interactive map!
