Good evening, guys!

Here is the menu for my bakery stand & treat cart tomorrow! I’ll be open from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. (or sellout).

We are located at 244 Jason Drive, Nicholasville, KY 40356.

You are welcome to pull in, park in the driveway, walk up, grab your treats, and pay at the cart. Venmo and Cash App QR codes will be on top of the cart to scan, or you can leave cash. If paying with cash, please bring exact change.

No holds, no prepays, and no preorders. Everything is first come, first served.

As you can see, I have a lot of new menu items this week, and I am so excited about all of them!

If you saw my post earlier today, I announced my new Alani-inspired cake pop flavor line. Tomorrow I’ll have cotton candy cake pops available! Please be aware these do have actual Alani in them, so if you would prefer for you or anyone with you not to have one, I’ll also have vanilla cake pops available.

I’m also introducing a line of loaded brownies over the summer, and we are starting with s’mores brownies!

You’ll also notice granola on the menu. This is absolutely my favorite type of granola. It’s loaded with pecans, almonds, maple syrup, and oats. I normally add coconut, but I decided not to this time because coconut can be a love-it-or-hate-it ingredient.

I also have fresh zucchini bread on the menu, and it is amazing. My house smelled so good while it was baking today!

You’ll also see chocolate-covered apple slices on the menu. I wasn’t able to find good grapes this week, so I pivoted and we are doing apple slices instead. Some will have caramel and peanuts, and some will have just caramel. I hope you’ll give them a try!

I made A LOT of items this week, but some do have limited quantities, so come in the morning for the best selection.

I also want to point out that I found the most incredible strawberries this week. They are amazing!

I hope you’ll come out, grab yourself a treat, celebrate the end of the month, and enjoy the break in the weather.

Any extra items remaining after the stand closes at 4 p.m. will be added to my website for Saturday pickup.

Good morning!! I am SO excited to finally introduce the newest flavor line coming to Kate’s Cocoa Kitchen: Alani inspired cake pops!!

We are officially kicking things off with the very first flavor: Cotton Candy Alani inspired cake pops!!

These are sweet, fun, nostalgic, and absolutely scream summer! Think bright candy-shop flavor inspired by one of the most loved Alani flavors.

These will be available at tomorrow’s bakery stand & treat cart AND will also be available for custom orders as well!!

I already have MANY more Alani inspired flavors planned and coming soon, and I genuinely cannot wait for you guys to see this lineup continue to grow.

I’m beyond excited to finally share the very first flavor with you all, and I cannot wait for everyone to try them!!

The bakery stand & treat cart will be open this coming Friday, May 29th, from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. (or sellout)!

I have a lot of new items this week that I’m so excited for you to try, including several kinds of brownies, zucchini bread, homemade granola, coffee cake & so much more. (Not the final menu.) Some items still need to be tested first, but I’m hoping to have the ones listed above along with several other new items as well.

I’ll also be making a special announcement Wednesday about a brand new product line coming to the menu after I finish testing!

Final menu will be posted thursday evening at 7:30pm!

I’m so excited for you guys to try these new things, and I’m hoping you’ll be able to stop by and grab yourself a treat Friday. The weather is looking nice, and it should finally be a break from all this rain, so put me on your calendar!

Good morning & welcome to this week’s Sunday Recap!

This week was all about graduations. I had more graduation orders this week alone than I had all of last year, and I had quite a few graduations last year, so thank you so much for making this such an incredible graduation season so far. I was so incredibly blessed to be a very small part of your celebrations.

I also had a super fun birthday collab with another baker this week! If you scroll down my posts, you can see the beautiful cake she created. I made the cattails to go with it, along with some really cute cake pops that I’ll be showing you soon!

I also sent out a couple of end-of-year teacher gift cake pop sets as well. Such a fun week all around. Congratulations again to all of the graduates. You all are absolutely incredible, and I’m looking forward to posting a lot of these graduation cake pops next week so you can see all of the beautiful color combinations.

I did not open the bakery stand this week, and I missed you guys so very much! I’m really looking forward to opening next week. I’ll announce the date soon so you can hopefully put me on your calendar. My menu will include a lot of new items, and I am SO excited about it!

On the personal side, I had some really great family time this week. I got to watch some of my nieces and nephews win amazing awards at school and make honor roll. It was so much fun getting to celebrate all of their accomplishments with them.

My husband and I also enjoyed a trip to the farmers’ market this weekend where I picked up lots of amazing fresh produce. I absolutely love farmers’ markets. Fresh produce is the best!

I also spent part of the weekend completely reorganizing my kitchen. I absolutely love having an organized space, and I am obsessed with my new setup!

Small business shoutout! I’d also love to give a special shoutout to f-stop farm. I found them at the farmers’ market this weekend and picked up some amazing goodies from them. They offer fermented foods, pickles, kimchi, beets, carrots, and so much more, and everything was SO good! These items are not only absolutely delicious, but also so incredibly good for your gut health as well.

One thing about me, I am going to obsess over every tiny detail! I wanted every single piece of this princess-themed set to stand out and feel special, and so much love went into making that happen.

From the castles, crowns, frames, and princess details to the textures, colors, gold accents, and tiny edible decorations, every part of this set was carefully placed to make each treat feel magical.

And my favorite part? Every single detail on these treats is completely edible, including all of the decorative pieces and hand-painted gold details!

This set included chocolate-covered Rice Krispie treats, pretzels, and marshmallows, all designed to come together as one elegant little fairytale collection.

When your friend graduates with a degree in entomology, of course you get her bug fudge to celebrate!

(Entomology = the study of bugs.)

Take a look at this one, because it is also 100% completely VEGAN. How cool is that?! I absolutely love being able to create this fudge with these super gross, but amazing bugs. What a fun graduation gift!
