🚨The chocoflan🚨

Customer wanted this special authentic Mexican cake! So that’s what they got… aka chocoflan the impossible cake. This cake is amazing as it goes onto the bottom of the pan and bakes up to the top. the delicious custard goes on to the bottom. So they reverse and the custard bakes on a bed of caramel. This is my first time making it but it looks delicious 🤤 topped with my homemade Caramelized pecans 🔥❤️

Specialty loafs $12. Half loafs $6

Specialty loaves include, caramelized walnuts, that are coated with cinnamon and sugar a pinch of salt  and toasted to perfection, to make the bread extra special. ❤️
