As we head into Mother’s Day, I couldn’t help but think about my mom and her two favorite cakes - White Wedding Cake and Italian Cream Cake.

This is my first Mother’s Day without her since she passed away in December, so making these today felt extra emotional.
These cakes may look delicious down here on earth, but I’m sure Mom is enjoying much sweeter cake in heaven.

Both of these cakes are already sold, but I will have 2 dozen extra White Wedding Cupcakes available Saturday afternoon at 3 PM if anyone would like some for Mother’s Day weekend🧁

Easter orders are picked up and my heart is so full! What a beautiful, busy baking season it has been - because of all of you.
Thank you for every order, every kind word and all the support you continue to show my small business🩷
Thank you for the sweet customer that brought me an Easter treat bag when she picked up her order (Susan Lindley), it meant more than you know.
Also, the customer that invited me to have lunch with their family (Alan and Mindy Hartke) your kindness touched my heart.
So grateful for my good friend (Lola Galloway) and my sister (Carolyn Ridgway) for running errands when I needed them the most; you helped keep things moving on my busiest days!
AND to my husband who frosted at least 25 dozen sugar cookies…..that’s LOVE!
As we wrap up this Easter season with church tomorrow, I’m reminded of the true meaning of Easter…..Jesus died to take away our sins! This season is a time of hope, renewal and the incredible gift of grace.
