Every year, bakeries and restaurants deal with very typical ingredient pricing fluctuations with the hope that it’s temporary and we can just ride it out.

Unfortunately, at this time, the prices are beyond unreasonable with no clear path to being reduced anytime soon and many of us don’t have the time or manpower to drive around to 10 different distributors to compare prices.

The two major increases for us are eggs and chocolate, both of which have more than doubled in the last few months. Because of this, you will see some slight price increases on some of our products. We have waited as long as we can to do this, but at this point, it’s detrimental to the business.

Please keep in mind that when small businesses raise their prices it’s not to make a profit, It’s to stay operational. Most of the American public is feeling these price increases so we hope that you will stay loyal and Shop small and we can make it this work together.
