Our mission is to teach life skills to individuals with differing mental and physical challenges; skills that are necessary to live a more independent lifestyle. RTI currently offers learning opportunities through their non-riding equine, farm and horticulture programs. The bakery houses a pre-vocational training center where individuals will learn many different aspects of the food service indust

ry; from producing and packaging of products to merchandising, customer service and sales. Participants will also learn and practice related life skills, such as time management, proper dress, and communication.
