Good morning! Unfortunately the universe has hit me with the seasonal ick. One thing about me, I will shut my entire kitchen down when there is sickness in my house. This is the worst part about being a small business owner.. there’s no PTO, no one to step in and cover for you when you need a day off 🤧 but I will hold off and have these flavors ready for you next week. Thank you for your patience and understanding🩷

I try to keep it cookie-related around here, but it’s relative so stay with me.. me and this handsome stud celebrate our 15 year wedding anniversary tomorrow 😍 Going on 22 years strong that this man has put up with me and all of my shenanigans.

Normally on a Wednesday I would spend my day baking up all of my cart cookies so they’re ready for Thursday morning. However… we will be spending our anniversary evening having a romantic time cheering on our favorite cheerleader at her last football game of the season.

So I’ve made the decision to put the cart out on Friday morning so that we can at least get some breakfast or something together tomorrow 🤣 I absolutely love this phase of our crazy life and wouldn’t trade it for the world.

So happy anniversary to the love of my life and I will see you all on FRIDAY this week🩷🩷🫶🏻

I wonder how many sticks of butter it would take before it fell over.. could I get it to the ceiling 🤔🤣

Here’s your cookie cart lineup for the week! It’s going to be a good one and I have a feeling these will go fast!

🧂Salted Caramel Cheesecake - graham cracker base cookie topped with cheesecake butter cream drizzled with homemade salted caramel
🥜 Buckeye Cookies - chocolate cookie base with a peanut butter topping and chocolate ganache on top! Name a better flavor combo.
🎃 Pumpkin Snickerdoodle Cream Pies - pumpkin spiced marshmallow buttercream between two pumpkin snickerdoodle cookies
🍪 Brookie - bringing back a fave! Chocolate chip cookie with a brownie stuffed inside
🍒 Cherry Chip - classic cherry chip cookie, it’s been a while and has been missed by so many!

As always, tag a bestie who deserves a sweet treat this week and let me know which flavor you’re most excited to snag 👇🏻
