When to order:
There is a preferred 3 week notice for custom orders. If ordering at the 1 week mark, there will be a $10 rush fee. If ordering at the 5 day mark, there is a $50 rush fee. This helps to accommodate time to get your order- from design, to cutters, to colors- ready as quickly as possible! There can also be a rush fee if I am already booked that week! Payment:
Payment is required upfront so that I can purchase the perfect cutters, sprinkles and more for your set! This also reserves your spot on my calendar
Pickup times:
I bake your cookies fresh and want you to be able to enjoy them for as long as possible! Your order will be left at porch pickup until 9pm, after that they will be brought in from the porch and donated to a family in need. Please do so at least 3 days before current pickup time. Refunds:
Refunds are available up to 24 hrs after purchase. After that, the supplies for your order have been purchased all ready- but that just means you still get to enjoy some cookies! Delivery:

Design change:
Are you as indecisive as I am? Trust me, I get it, but the cutoff for changing the design of your cookies is still going to be at least 4 days before your order so I can have time to accommodate it in my schedule
Inspiration:
Thank you for supplying those inspo pics! If you are like me, you spent a good amount of time looking for just the right ones... But they are still just that- inspiration. I can't even copy my own work exactly! But even though they may not be the perfect replica, I am going to get it as close as possible
Colors: Icing colors may vary. I'll do my best to match the colors as close as I can, but colors can vary based on many reasons outside of my control. Placing an order with me means that you agree that the colors may vary from inspiration photos and invitations.
