PSA If you order from me your order will be frozen for freshness and transportation purposes. Cake will dry out overnight and your frosting can melt in the car. I promise you I bake less than 24 (usually less than 12) hours before an order is due and your order will be oven fresh as soon as it thaws. Baked goods hold freshness and texture exceptionally well in the fridge and it is common practice to freeze or refrigerate a cake before and after frosting. Thanks for taking the time to read my food storage lesson! 🎂🎂🎂

I think I will stock up on oatmeal and oatmeal raisin cookie dough today. I made an eggnog cheesecake and Yummy Rummy Brownie Bites last night. The brownie bites were such a hit I added the recipe to the book! Any suggestions on what to bake next?
