Sometimes the best ideas come from a customer request. ❤️🍞

One of my customers told me she absolutely loves my sourdough but could never finish a full-size loaf before it lost its freshness.

So today, I baked her a smaller Brown Sugar Cinnamon Sourdough alongside one of my regular loaves.

I think it turned out just as beautiful! It’s the perfect size for a smaller household, someone living alone, or anyone who wants to enjoy fresh sourdough without the commitment of a large loaf.

Every loaf and batch of Sweet Rolls is made to order and baked fresh the morning of pickup, so I need to get tomorrow’s baking list finalized tonight.

🥖 We’re back! 🥖

It’s been a little while since we’ve posted, but that doesn’t mean we’ve stopped loving what we do.

Life has been busy, and sometimes that’s just how it goes. But we’ve missed filling our kitchen with the smell of fresh sourdough, and we’ve missed sharing it with all of you.

So here’s our question…
