Good Morning Friends! It was a beautiful and blustery morning ! I had some new offerings today! Including peacock feathers bookmarks from the peacocks at Noah’s Ark! They all have inspiring quotes and make great gifts! On the Menu today we have flakey, buttery croissants perfect for a breakfast sandwich! Pesto cheese scones with homemade pesto made from herbs in the garden! Feta, kale and rosemary scones, a taste sure to delight! New blueberry galettes with blueberries from the farm! Finally, cinnamon cruffins, A delicious combination between a croissant and a cinnamon roll! 🤤 There are some pastries left for pick up, message me if you want some while they are still fresh! Hello lovely friends! I was planning on going the farmers market tomorrow but unfortunately it looks like rain. So I am going to start the vacation a little early — time to rest, recharge, and dream up new treats!

✨It’s almost the weekend and I will be set up tomorrow ! 8-12.

In honor of those who give so much in effort to protect us I am offering a discount on any baked goods. 🇺🇸

lm bringing back the pesto cheese scones from last week which sold out first! And I am making a new delight bush cherry cruffins! Made with homage jam with bush cherries harvest from our farm. Just a quick reminder that cruffins are fluffy, flaky croissants baked in a muffin tin. This makes the filling to dough ratio delightful and still embodies the feeling or a cozy croissant! 🥐

There will also be plain croissants, great as is or to bring home to toast up and make into a sandwich! And last but not least kale, feta, and fresh garlic scape scones! The garlic scapes are kindly from market neighbor ! I hope to be able to share pastries with familiar and new faces! 🦊🤎

It’s our first day at the farmers market! I’m thrilled to be fufilling a long held dream to sell my bakes. We still have some croissants and beautiful wooden hair pins left.
