Flaky. Buttery. Made completely from scratch. 🥐

Our sourdough croissants are handcrafted over multiple days using slow fermentation, real butter, and carefully laminated dough for those delicate honeycomb layers and crisp golden crust. Every batch is made in small quantities to bring you bakery-quality pastries with rich flavor, a light airy texture, and just the right amount of tang from natural sourdough.

No shortcuts. No mixes. Just time, technique, and ingredients you can taste in every bite.

Buttery, flaky layers baked to golden perfection, filled with a rich almond cream that melts into every bite. Finished with a delicate soak of vanilla-kissed syrup, a dusting of powdered sugar, and a generous sprinkle of toasted almonds for the perfect crunch.

These almond croissants are indulgent, slightly crisp on the outside, soft and luxurious on the inside—and just sweet enough to keep you coming back for one more bite.

✨ Made fresh. No shortcuts. Just pure pastry magic. Can you think of a better way to start your day?
