Hello 🙂
I know that it has been a while since I have released a menu and some of you are needing you bread fix! While the stand is closed for October, we will be at the Mountainside Market at Hoffman Farm - 22242 SW Scholls Ferry Rd, Beaverton, OR 97007
On 10/23 - 10/25.

At the market we will have all of the below available.

Sourdough Bread:

Everything But The Kitchen Sink

I have had a few people reach out to see where this weeks menu is.

October is an incredibly busy month for our family. Aside from birthdays almost every week, I also have woman’s retreat I’m attending with church.

Don’t you dare think this means no baking is happening! I am baking classic plain OG loaves upon order, we ask you give a 48 hour notice from your desired pick up date.

Also we will be at the Mountainside Market on October 23rd through the 25th!!! We will have some of our most famous loaves available. Such as the Cinnamon Swirl and the Everything but the Kitchen Sink.

There are also some really amazing things coming in November and December. Too early for us to announce. But let’s just say we are really stinking excited!!!!!

This is just a friendly reminder to all my sourdough baddies! YOU DO NOT NEED TO MAINTAIN A MASSIVE JAR OF STARTER!!!!

I made some bread for an event today, an in my very tired state of mind (11pm after a full day of toddler momin’ and still working my day job)I didn’t feed my starter enough. I had no choice but to use my reserves. After scraping fairly clean this was all I had left to feed and keep me going! A small amount of fear set it for a flashing moment! Then I remembered you need a grain of rice amount of starter to keep a starter alive. Here was my starter after making some bread. The second picture is my starter this morning. Big and Happy!!!

Close to end of day, we have only 2 oatmeal pumpkin cream pies, 3 s’mores cookies, 1 loaf of sourdough bread and 3 banan...

I won’t be selling these, but they will be out at the stand this Saturday as a sample assuming I don’t eat them😝
