Oh what a weekend, oh what a crowd,
Oh what a reason to feel proud 🤩
So many smiles, both old and new,
And I owe SO many thanks to YOU!
To every customer who stopped my way,
Who bought a cookie, mold, or stayed
To talk traditions, laugh and share,
Thank you, truly, for being there!
To my helper, who jumped right in
Through busy moments, thick and thin
An extra set of willing hands
Was more help than you'll understand.
To Trish and Steve, with hearts so wide,
Who make this festival shine with pride
For all the work no crowd may know,
Behind the scenes that makes it go.
And to the volunteers everywhere,
Giving your time, your help, your care
You welcomed, guided, hauled and ran,
And somehow always had a plan.
It takes a village, this much is true,
And mine was painted PURPLE too.
I headed home with a grateful heart,
So thankful I could be a part!
To everyone who made this weekend so wonderful and successful thank you from the bottom of my purple heart 💜
