to that time the series The Sopranos shot a scene at our bakery! The producers of the show were scouring the area for an authentic brick oven Italian bakery and we were exactly what they were looking for. The scene lasted just three minutes but it took an entire day to set up. Our owners are on camera forming loaves of bread. What a memorable day it was!

Dear Facebook,

We are excited to say that we're underway with a bakery expansion project! This expansion will enable us to 'build' upon the 'foundation' that our entire Paramount team has worked hard to fortify nearly every day for the past 94 years (we love puns).

During the construction process we unfortunately will have limited production capabilities. If you have not already had an interruption to service in your area, there will be no interruption. For those that have, we are expecting the construction to be completed in the next 4-6 months.
